At each stage from the purchase to the dispatch of the car we send information to the customer where we report the status. The customer is required to send us a copy of the recipient's passport of the vehicle on which the car will be registered and the contact phone number of the recipient(or agent). If these are different persons, then copies of passports and details of both are required.
As a result, we send a photo report from the port with photos of the car and documents after passing through the customs inspection. Original documents are transferred to the shipping company (carrier) and also car key.
Copies of export documents and invoice can be sent by express in advance prior to the arrival of the car at the port at the destination provided by the customer with the attachment of the second key. This is an invoice with the cost of the car and a VCC/RTA export document.

Depending of customer requirements, customer can choose between several options: transfer to the company's account, payment in cash or other type of transfers. After receiving the transfer, we begin to fulfill the order!
